Mayhem Creative contest

We’re giving away exclusive Mayhem Hoodies, Shirts and Stickers to the lucky winners and their communities! If you want to be entered into the drawing all you have to do is go to our website to pre-register, make an amazing creative (see rules and details below) and enter into the contest via Facebook or Twitter. Winners will be chosen by March 17th. We want to see your favorite Mayhem moment, show the best of the game – your creative way.

Please be sure to review our contest rules before entering.

Contest Rules:
1) Must sign up on www.playmayhem.com and re-tweet contest details @Playmayhemgame to be entered into the contest.
RT message: “Be Creative! Produce and share a video clip of Mayhem for your chance to win Mayhem Swag to give out to your community in March. #mayhemclip”
2) Each contestant is allowed one (1) entry.
3) Must upload video or clip and share via social channels (Twitter, Facebook, or Youtube) and tag Mayhem with the message: “My Mayhem moment @playmayhemgame #mayhemclip.”
4) Video must show either in game footage, edited in game footage, a clip created out of press kit material.
5) Video cannot feature any other games, no video length restrictions

6)Must give credit to Mayhem in the description or in the video.

7) Submission starts March 3rd and ends March 15th 2017.

8) Winners will be chosen on March 17th

9) Winners need to claim prizes within 14 days of direct message.

Tweet the message exactly as described above the tweet will be counted as one entry, limit one entry per account. Entrants must follow http://www.twitter.com/playmayhemgame @playmayhemgame at the time of the tweet and at the end of the sweepstakes to be eligible to win.

TIMING: Entry Period begins at 12:00AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on 03/03/2017 and ends at 11:59PM PST on 03/15/2017.

GENERAL SWEEPSTAKE RULES

ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all people, who are at least 13 of age at the time of entry. Any entrant who is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of legal residence must obtain permission from his/her parent or legal guardian prior to entry in the contest. Employees of the Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers and agents, and the foregoing employees’ household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling or grandparent) are NOT eligible to enter the Contest.

WINNER’S LIST: Winner will be selected by members of Chobolabs and announced on Twitter.com/Playmayhemgame and on Discord (https://discord.gg/MppJrMR). Winners must use Twitter’s direct message system or discord to provide a valid shipping address within 14 days of the award or the prize will go to the next runner up. Only one prize may be won per person. We will be publishing the winners’ content of the contest on our social media sites.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: All taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Chobolabs is not responsible if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays, technical problems or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Chobolabs, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of any prize. The identity of winners, including name and twitter ID (if available) will be posted online and promoted through social networks and other announcements, no shipping address or private contact information will be released to the public. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to the company’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they accept the above. Sweepstakes will officially begin and end on the dates. Winner is allowed to keep one set of swag for himself/herself, the additional prizes will be sent by Chobolabs in March. The additional prizes should be used as giveaways in winners’ channels.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: Chobolabs and Mayhem reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion (i) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, Giveaway, Drawing, Sweepstakes; and/or (ii) to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, Sweepstakes, or website. Chobolabs may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Chobolabs or customers of Chobolabs. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Chobolabs reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
